Shelby Police arrest several on drug charges

Drug arrests

Laura Dee Bolin, 47, of the 1200 block of S. Lafayette Street in Shelby was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule IV and two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule IV. She was given a $10,000 secured bond.

Drug arrests

Jonathan Clifford Ellis, 20, of the 200 block of Dellinger Road in Shelby was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule I, Sell or Deliver Schedule I, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule VI and Sell or Deliver Schedule VI. He received no bond.

Drug arrests

John Edward Grier, 57, of the 1000 block of Sue Lane in Shelby was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II, two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule III and Sell or Deliver Schedule III. He was given and $20,000 secured bond.

Drug arrests

Garreth Deron Thompson, 36, of the 900 block of Earl Street in Shelby was charged with two counts of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, two counts of Sell or Deliver Cocaine and Driving While License Revoked. He received no bond.

Drug arrests

Antwan Lamont Brooks, 31, of the 305 block of Horseshoe Drive in Shelby was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Sell or Deliver Marijuana. He received no bond.

Jason Delaconcepcion, 41, of the 700 block of Double Shoals Road in Shelby was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule IV and Sell or Deliver Schedule IV. He received a $10,000 secured bond.

Drug arrests

Montrell Murray, 22, of the 1000 block of Earl Street in Shelby was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Schedule II, Sell or Deliver Schedule II, Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine within 1000 feet of a playground and Sell or Deliver Cocaine within 1000 feet of a playground. He was given a $20,000 secured bond.

Drug arrests

Avery Cornelius Stroud Jr., 23, of the 1800 block of Weaver Road in Shelby was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Marijuana and Sell or Deliver Marijuana. He received no bond.

SHELBY - The Shelby Police Department, with the assistance of ATF and the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office, arrested several people on drug related charges Wednesday following several weeks of investigation.

All arrested were placed in the Cleveland County Detention Center.

A photo was not available for Rashad Akeem Green, 32, of the 5000 block of Oak Paster Road in Charlotte. He was charged with Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine and Sell or Deliver Cocaine and placed under a $10,000 secured bond.

The Shelby Police Department also holds warrants on the following individuals for drug charges related to this investigation:
